Do you need to train a group of your own people or an external group in a process or some new information or a change?
I’ve been training people for decades on all kinds of fact sets, processes and systems and policies, and let groups through big and little changes, and the key is to make the training immediately valuable to the people being trained. If coming to my training helps them make money, save time, develop expertise, or do things more easily, they’ll come and participate and feel like their time is well-spent. So my focus is always on developing engaging, practical, hands-on trainings that are similar to product development sprints in that they run on the experience and expertise of the people being trained to teach and learn.
When I’m training people on working with clients it gets even more fun, because I use behavioral design to teach your people to use behavioral design with clients.
I can train small groups or larger groups, or I can scale up to train huge groups. (I have a group of accomplished trainers who work with me when we have big or dispersed groups to train.) We can do the curriculum design and train your own internal trainers to do the actual training of all your people. And if you need assessments of the training, I can talk you through creating them or create them for you. (Once a test prep question writer, always a question writer.)
