Product and Service Design

It’s frustrating and can kill your business to put time and thought into developing a product that doesn’t end up selling. And it’s baffling when you integrated so much customer feedback into the design process so you essentially designed the entire thing for the preferences of your client, and they they don’t end up buying it.

We have all been there.

My process looks pretty similar to a standard Google Ventures-style design sprint, but it uses behavioral design (specifically customer progress theory and jobs theory) from the beginning of the process, so your product will sell to your clients. I’m the guide, and you and your people are still designing the actual product, but in a slightly different way than usual.
