People Managing Processes

I’ve been creating people managing processes for organizations for a decade, and it’s my first love. Anyone who wants to can be a great manager if they use the right policies and processes to communicate well and support their people. Which means that organizations need to create a management strategy to know what to align their processes and policies to.

Since I’ve been incorporating behavioral design strategies into my management strategy design process, I’ve discovered that managers are feeling much more empowered and at the same time, the processes and policies feel more natural to put into place, and general anxiety levels across a given team have gone down.
