Why your offer isn’t selling and how to fix it
Your offer (whether that’s a product, a service, consulting, coaching, directing, or something else) is amazing and you’ve put a ton of work and heart into it, but it’s not selling as well as it should. That’s because we design offers that our clients SHOULD need, but what they ACTUALLY need and will buy might be close to your offer but not your offer.
My Offer Alignment Project fixes your offer to make it aligned with what your customer WILL BUY. The process feels like just watching people and answering some questions over 6 weeks, but it’s based on researched social science*.
By the end of the project you will have:
1. A fleshed-out version of your actual offer that aligns with what your customer will buy.
2. Marketing campaign for your offer.
3. What your customers need to hear to switch to your offer to solve their problem.
All you’ll have left to do is create the graphics and sales page, and start selling.
Join the cohort that starts Wednesday, December 3, 2025 and runs through mid-January. This is a small group (4-8 people) giving each other feedback on the process and on how your offer aligns with what your customers will buy. $500 to join, then another $500 due after you sell your first offer to a customer. There’s a bonus call on Tuesday, November 25 at noon Eastern time for anyone who’s signed up for the cohort by then.
If you’d rather do it alone, you can do the DIY version, with video and written lessons delivered every week over two months. $167. Find out more and sign up here.
If you want to work one on one with me (or me with your small team of 2-3 people) and go through the process at your own pace, it costs $3,000.
Or I can do it for you. We agree on what your goals and desires are, then I do the customer research and present you with the plan. $8,000.

*If you want to know how it works, I’ll totally geek out and tell you how it works. Versions of this process that are designed for large corporations have increased the success rate of new products from 17% up to 83% by aligning the products with what customers will buy.
