Hiring

A meme with a Renaissance-era painting of two men. One says "Why should we hire you?" and the other says "Why should I work here?" Hiring (or even attempting to hire) new employees in 2025 is a mess. Hiring managers complain about getting hundreds of pointless resumes, and of being ghosted for interviews or even for a new hire’s first day. In the meantime, really good people have been searching for jobs for over a year with no real interest and no interviews.

Something’s broken.

I can’t fix the entire system, but I can use behavioral design to help you do a more targeted employee recruitment process that takes less time and yields you new hires who are excited to work with you and become loyal and engaged. It’s not any kind of silver bullet, but it is a different way of looking at motivation and behavior to create a situation that attracts the people you want to work with and establishes a good working relationship before they’re even hired.
